The Summer's Women's World Cup will feature 32 teams. That's up from 24 teams at the last World Cup. Jeff Pearlman: There has been a significant uptick in investment in women's soccer over the last eight years. He says winning teams and teams that do well will also earn a lot more money than they used to, but it still isn't where the men's is.
