Is It a Smart Thing to Have Milestones and Check Ins for Members?
Do you have predefined milestones and check ins for members like that? I personally don't have those mostly because it's a difficult thing to implement and measure well. So I do keep an eye on inactive members and try to do some intervention. But there's only so far I will go to try and reengage inactive members, especially in a paid community space.
