You need to start with compelling material. And a compelling material means stuff that you really want to read. The second thing you've got to do is use material that's at your level. So the routine, which was your question, how does this work? What you will do is you'll find that really interesting material that's just a little bit above your current level and you will simply sit and reading that material over and over again.
