You can barely hear it. And you might think that she's saying a completely new word. Try to break it down and try to understand what are the key words that are stressed. Trust your brain to be able to fill in the gaps if you're not sure of the words that you actually heard. Now I'm sitting there talking about Holocaust education and they're relating to it. Okay, what did she say here? She really slowed down when she said the words Holocaust education. These are big content words and they're absolutely stressed. But see how everything is connected.
