Meditation - The Mind and the Spirit
When you're gazing into the word, not to be confused with staring. At first there's a discomfort in many people and still the mind is still active. And then you might get a layer of emotion and you suddenly feel very good about the other person or something else comes up. Then you let go of that and then you can just be in still presence. Just this descent but in a large stillness and there's just consciousness left,. no longer mind or yours. That can be very lovely meditation.
