Ketones Are Muscle Sparing

When you look at muscle mass as sort of the trade-off between the catabolic forces and the anabolic forces, it's interesting to see the effect is really with ketones largely on the anti-catabolic side of the seesaw. So that was the classic reason for saying ketones are muscle sparing.
