The Incentives for Hypothesis Testing
O, i think there has to be an incentive to do this thing. Like, if people had the choice, they wouldn't do a randomized trial because that's a pain in the neck,. But the the incentive is that you get like of a cleaner causal inference. Pra, some people argue hypothesis testing is not better than nothing. They're like, it's worse because it's allowed all these like pehacking and whatever. For anyone outside of stat this give you wai anone, yes, they they need that play book. And then satisicians can sit around and complain about it, but it's better thanNothing.
