If your problems present a health risk to you or significantly hold you back from accomplishing your goals, I'd be more biased towards saying just blow these things off. There's a couple of areas where you really don't want to let where problems have this amazing capacity to snowball. But with a lot of kinds of problems, they will stay small if you ignore them. So if you've got big enough ambitions that are somewhat realistic,. then I'm a big fan of the procrastination approach.
