You've Never Come Prepared

Microsoft has built many great products that didn't succeed, but the Zoom was a great product. I remember Bill Gates was mocked when they asked him what he thought about the iPod. The problem with Microsoft is Microsoft doesn't have a lens to focus all its things down one direction. And so the Zoom kind of stood on its own while Apple could connect it to the Mac and all that stuff.
