The Supreme Court and the Judiciary

Supreme Court justices are insulated from the electoral process, but there might be other sources of a demagogic tendency. The late Justice Ginsburg made some public comments about Donald Trump in 2016. A liberal Washington Post editorial said it's not her role to be saying this stuff. We would want a different kind of rhetoric to come out of that institution.
