How to Get Buy-in for a Salesforce Product

Aaron: How do you convince a client or a team that this is the way forward? Because I'm guessing there's a long time to set everything up. Gina: We focus on one product initially, which was Sales Cloud and that's our flagship product. And it kind of comes down to showing and not telling because when I asked people or show people things and my other teammates were doing this, people pushed back. But when you show them the results and how much faster the engineers were able to move, then people get it.
