A positive on a urine talk screen doesn't mean you don't have another problem or even another ingestion for that matter. You should take multiple things, especially in a patient who has some other abnormalities on labs and so on. I've definitely seen people let astray and have premature closure and closure on working up a patient because of some urine drug screen results.
