The Republicans' Subpoenas
Republicans are working in reverse which is that with any real investigation, certainly any prosecution, you follow the facts and the evidence to wherever the conclusion may lead. Part of it is also the abuse and dare I say weaponization of the federal government that Mr. Jordan and others are clearly engaged in. If those subpoenas are issued in bad faith or outside the jurisdiction of a congressional committee, then the recipients of the subpoenas need not respond the way Jim Jordan would want.
