The Transfer of Wealth From Oil Consumers to Oil Producers

I was in Cannes this week, giving a speech. I want to talk about the transfer of wealth from oil consumers, us, to oil producers. Money can give you extraordinary freedom, right? Freedom to do what you want to explore and change the world. But rather than being expansive with your money, you actually become completely dullard. A great TV show that I recommend anybody to watch every time is called Civilisations. It's kind of the history of the world, made by the BBC in the late 1960s. And it's just basically about us, human, human race. We're going to discuss that later on.
