A Quantum Computer Is a Framework for Reward Learning, Right?

Computing is moving away from kind of thislinear type of expected behavior to more conditioning behavior. I like moreof a reward or punishment. And how does it know that it's achieved the right goal? It has to have some sort of policy or reward. There's potential to to make it quantun but that's also a framer that works well in the classical land, right? Because you're training the parometers of a function to get from some input to some output an end while maximising the expected reward or the expected gainright.
