Capital Formation and Contracts Governing That

There are, you know, i think the concept of a capital formation and contracts governing that. Now, i guess, i guess the problem is, if there's a sort of discretionary management and in a physical activity needed to fulfil that. It's ultimately controlled by humans. And it's probably fair to say that none of the am a sort of icos have successfully made a product, so there were never any profits to share. But i think there are other simpler senarios where you could have some kind of discentralized capital formation.
