Coaches - When Is Neurodiversity Present and What Do You Do About It?
Coaching can be a great modality for people with neurodiversity. But if we don't understand the neurodiversity that's present, it can actually impede our ability to serve our clients as effectively as possible. I did some work in the last year around neurodiversity inclusion and coaching. So I put together a guide for the ICF on this to help coaches identify when is neurodiversity present and what do you do about it?
