The Camden Coalition Project was really targeting people who were particularly sick. They have this readmission rate over six months of about 60%. So if you're thinking about hotspotting or superutilizers, these are the super-duper utilizers that we're looking at. The study got a ton of attention and I'm curious what people who are passionate about this idea of intensive case management will react to the study.
