How to Eat, Move, and Be Healthy - Part 1

Eating late at night or right before bed is a very very bad idea if you want to evolve your body and be a healthy person. The later you eat the more your organs and glands have to work all night to digest food. Even after eight hours of sleep you can wake up still feeling tired and foggy and lethargic so that's a very very important tip for you. If we don't give ourselves a break from consciousness then we end up suffering the side effects of our conscious contents. These are the kinds of things I'll get into as we go through the series when our glands and organs don't get to rest then we can't repair them.
