Why I Don't Like Indexed Policies

The value from the stock market comes from the volatility. When you invest into stocks, you do that knowing I'm going to stomach the volatility. The policies are built on very conservative assumptions. They are generally not going to perform as high as an equity-based, market-based insurance contract.
