Change Boards Are a Great Example of Organizational Change
Organizational change, i think, a great example of where a you do need changins. So many organizations, especially when you've got a very large legacy system,. Because it's running the whole business. We don't want people just being able to go in there and make changes. And so they're not setting out to calls folks to be unsuccessful. But if those things are in place, you've either got to agree you can not use them, or r they have to change how they work. Ok, i think that's enough for to day.
