The Boating Accident Investigation
Police obtain search warrants for mallory beach's apple watch and iphone and the boat's garment. They did not seize paul murdock's phone or search it, as far as i was able to tell. Police also reportedly did not take paul's wallet, which contained the ide that he used to purchase the alcohol they were drinking. One officer who wrote in his report that pPaul murdock was driving the boat was later fired from the beaufort county sheriff's office.
