Cats in China From the Han Dynasty?

The earliest known domesticated cats in India are from the Harappan culture, which lasts from 33 BCE to 1300 BCE. The word maul that's modern Mandarin for what we call cats is used in the shuqing. One of the most famous poems in the Book of Oats is just called Fat Rat. It's a poem that talks about rats nibbling away at the grain of the peasants.
