How to Build a Content Strategy
Chris Brown: I've really been trying to get back into the foundations of like, why am I making content? And for me, it really comes down to helping people and helping people solve real problems that they have. He says there isn't a giant media strategy or plan here but he asks his team all the time what can we do better in terms of building out our brand. The channel is evolving all the time as I'm evolving - so tomorrow if we want to go back to design, because that's what gives me joy, that's what we're going to do.
