How to Get More Light to Deep Tissues
If you're using your class 4 laser at 12 watts of average power, you're going to deliver 120 milliwatts of power to those deepest tissues. That is something the super pulse lasers simply cannot do. To me, I don't really care if I can get minuscule amounts of light to sometimes penetrate deep. It's already freaking hard to get any light down there. You're losing 99% of it and 15 millimeters of tissue.
