Aeon's Global Law Department collaborated with two of their primary outside council in an award winning approach that we developed called the Legal Workout. It's a great example of what happens when you get cross functional, diverse teams of people from different organizations working together. People not only want speed, they want frictionless interactions and they don't want to sacrifice quality. No longer can we say speed, quality or price pick too. That's not going to work anymore. Everybody wants all of them.
