The Bid for DjangoCon US

The last two years DjangoCon US has been in San Diego, the last two years will be again next year. Stripe Connect stuff has worked fairly well, although there's sort of like a beta for kind of like, if you want to pay somebody whose balance is not in US dollars or actually even just not in the US,. So we are like applied to join the beta. Right now we can only pay out publishers via Stripe in the US, but maybe that'll change in a month. Yeah.
