For hypoheulolemic shock, you want to give volume back. For obstructive shock, some examples that were mentioned are pulmonary embolism, pericardyl effusion and a pneumothorax. Make sure you look for evidence of end organ perfusion both clinically and by lab work. If your patient is not responding to treatment, please, please revisit your algorithms and perform a diagnostic timeout.
