Escape From New York

Roddy Piper actually wrote that line. He came to Carpenter and he said, here's a bunch of lines that I made up in case you can do anything with them. Escape from LA is hot garbage. But don't let that film turn you off from seeing Escape from New York. This is the only film where it took me several minutes to realize the protagonist had a mullet.
