The Benefits of Drinking Water on Rest Days

I attribute my relative lack of injuries in my almost 30 years of climbing to the fact that I drink a ton of water. My friend, good, good friend back home from the bay turned me on to the lacrosse ball a bunch of years ago and just yeah, been using it a ton ever since. It's so portable and easy to take on trips with you. There's very few places that you like can't use it on. If you spend like 20 minutes rolling out, you know, drink some water, you're just like, Oh, I feel so much better. Getting better all relaxed.
