What's the Biggest Lesson From Indonesia?

The soviets, the chinese others were very much involved in indonitia. They all take various lessons out and it's not always the same lesson. One is that they have to take religion a lot more seriously. The second lesson is wi honestly, the importance of a democracy. And I'm in chile, which changed by the time we get too far back into this book. So those are some key lessons - but also an interesting set of reflections on our own history.
