episode 10 is called we have no bosses. We all say we don't want a boss, but it's harder than you think. And we built our own performance and review system based on the book drive by Daniel Pink with the goal of having no bosses. Autonomy is being able to a direct your own life. Mastery is getting better at something that matters and purpose is leaving the world a better place than you found it.
