Esophagio dysphagia is simply something that was going down the tunnel, ran out of gas, one or two got blocked. Two prominent disorders, acholagia and scleroderma destroy the nerve-axis and all sources of power in the esophagus. If there's something in the way, it's much easier for small things to go by like liquids than big things. And if you're driving a 1970s foxy tiny little car, you can bypass the obstruction in the tunnel. The only car big enough to hold resis biceps, by the way, is you're not going to get by.
