It can escape the classical ways of looking for the sequence yet. We introduced an automated pieline that allowed us to identify or n avarsis enlarge at aset like ours in a senstive fashion. So every iteration, it integrates the new sequences that we find in our deta set, and it obdates the sequence profile.
