Is the Village a Boomer Phenomenon?

Do you think the village's phenomenon is a like, maybe boomer phenomenon? Because my question sort of presume that millennials or Gen X's are going to want that style of experience in the same way. I will say that it is a baby boomer phenomenon in the sense that it was extremely well timed to take advantage of the emergence of a lot of baby boomer tairies. And I think we're going to see a lot of similar markets emerge in a lot of places that may not look exactly like that but get to the same sense of working together and having non-older people.
