Kauravaggio was an Italian artist who died at the age of 37. He arrived in Rome as a very young man, 18 from a small village in the north. His talent is discovered by a cardinal and he gets commissions for his paintings. They look like people you could relate to - if you lived in the 16th century or 17th century.
