The Importance of Curiosity in Tech

Tech is one of those things where, you know, the best of training can be hands your toolbox. And so essentially what we're looking for is that combination of a curiosity and determination to solve a problem. The aptitude I see it on the one hand is cognitively those kinds of traits, analytical, logical problem solving. On the other side, behavioral determination, persistence, attention to detail. When you kind of bring those things together, then people can be technologists.
