Drinking Whiskey Can Help You Go to Bed Safely

It takes an hour to digest each of those glasses, so i should still be ready to go to bed by 11. That's if you drink three glasses of wine over the course of a meal and you stop drinking at eight p m. If somebody has one glass of whisky, one just before bed, there is some data to show that for people with anxiety, it helps calm them down but timing turns out to be critical. So if you're really only going to get six hours of sleep, you really shouldn't be drinking right before bed. It will actually prevent you from getting into some of those deep stages.
