i think it could be very tough to give advice to other founders selling businesses, because everybody's situation is different. I was only making six or seven grand a month when i sold endy hack s. You were making 55 thousand dollars a month. So there's just a lot of variables. Everything you say that you experienced in your business is depending on so many factors that are unique to your own business. Make the most easily replaceable thing. Terrible advice if you are an employee, but great advice if your founder trying to sell your company.
