The Self-Improvement Movement Is Big on Gamification

The self-improvement movement has become big on gamification, right? Can we get into some of that? Yeah. So this kind of initially tied into the whole quantified self movement in the early 2000s when people got really excited about how digital sensors could help us understand our bodies more. And then people thought, OK, well, now that I know how many steps I've done today, how can I motivate myself to do more tomorrow? Why don't we use video games? Because that's something that I know about. That has extended massively so that it's kind of hard to find a self-improving Apple website now that doesn't have some form of gamification.
