The first thing that we're going to do is if you have some kind of impulse, try to capture it in some way. So I started carrying around a notebook and what I started doing was just capturing my thoughts. The second thing that this does is gives us an opportunity for something to reflect on. And so as you start to reflect on things, you're actually giving your brain the right kinds of inputs that will get you excited.
