Is There a Barrier to Productivity?
The VC as being so software centric for so long where there was this sort of playbook related to the performance metrics. The difference though is that, well, one of the many differences is I think about that many of the attributes that we would define like the hyper efficient cat gross margin are not available in digital real estate. So the existence of the marginal value capture is room for competition. There's almost no barrier to production. There's no patent. And the whole thing deteriorates down to zero. It will be a longer diligence process but you'll have more of an in-depth conversation and you'll see better returns on invested capital.
