David Hunter: Not a lot is being done to optimize knees following anterior crucial ligament injury. We can't go too much further without reemphasizing the paramount importance of primary prevention in this space. If we can prevent all of these from happening, which we can in most instances with well done prevention programs, we should. But unfortunately, there's a huge missed public health opportunity in this space, which we really should get underway and tackle.
