What Is the Difference Between Training and Parenting?
I think this was an issue we're actually we heard both sides and I think that's really reflective of the point around actually it's about what works for individuals. We heard from people who were almost working describing it as kind of overcompensating because they felt like I'm not going to get that pace of sort of training that other peers are going to have. We also heard people in our survey talking about their experiences around parenting influencing their ability to take up additional things such as leadership roles or additional researchThings that are sort of perceived as being really key to actually people being able to develop their career but actually those opportunities aren't necessarily being made available to people in a flexible, accessible way
