The Importance of Technology in Strategy Planning

The first thing I think is that now we're delivering product, but we're not delivering value. So dragging it over the finish line suggests either it's giant and heavy or nobody cares about it. And so there's the other side of the AI last mile problem that really should be the first one to be solved. It's not as important to build all the infrastructure and everything else to deliver product if the product you're delivering no one wants. Right? But how does it happen that there's a question about whether someone would even want it or would consider using it? Why, what is happening that we're waiting until the end to find out that it's not what anybody wants or needs
