The Inflation of the English Language

The usage of L O L to me is almost bizarre how far it has fallen from a real visceral feeling of victory to basically an indicator that there should be a pause when you're reading the sentence. I think we're going to have to invent a new case after lowercase and uppercase because it used to be that we need we need supper case, right? Yeah, get on an internet. We need supercase letters. It's a linguistic treadmill, and it exists even for emojis. And it is terribly tiresome.
