Facebook is a straight up network's economy af network economy play. The strategy, the strategy wasn't so a puzzle. You're in facebook as i'm on facebook, period. And demand, often demand that of anything they get into, which is too high a hurdle. Two companies where it was really hard, and as a strategist, i had to admire them enormously, were tesla and neli.
