That Will Never Work
When Netflix launched in 1998, it didn't work. How did you know it wasn't working? One is we had no idea. We'd put all this effort into it. And then everyone came rushing to the site and nobody rented from us. If they did rent from us once, they wouldn't come back. It was just obvious that it was not a product market fit. But that's okay. Remember, I think every idea sucks.
