The Importance of Communication in Schools
I love that you know these general principles and really really important ones too that you're speaking to here. essentially we want to make sure that everyone's safe and ready to perform their role to the best of their building I think that's that's a fantastic definition of induction and certainly better than anything I could have created to describe the process. There have been a lot of similarities with bridging schools because you've got one foot in one school and one foot in another school at the end. It can be over communication or in the communication so this can be in two fronts but it all rests on communication.
