The Power of Reminding Yourself

When I feel anger or frustration or judgment toward another person in any way, I catch that I'm feeling that because at first I wasn't able to even catch it all the time. And so I would just ask, what is it about me? What is it about that person that reminds me of myself? And sooner or later, I would always find it. It still felt like the emotion was still there, but it wasn't there and being projected outward like I need to do something about it out there.
